Merry Christmas !! everybody and sorry for not posting in a long time. Today I am posting one of the easiest recipes which are quick, plant-based and healthy. I hope you will enjoy this one of the most delicious flavorful tacos. Also, you can easily adjust the flavours depending on your taste buds.
I recently bought these two large heads of cauliflower as my husband really like it. But even after attempting 3 different regular cauliflower dishes I want to try something different without compromising taste and flavour. So, I decided to make roasted cauliflower tacos. These can be a perfect weeknight meal option as this is a really quick recipe. I used storebought chipotle sauce which I mixed with some dijon mustard &
for a twist but you can totally avoid dijon mustard if that is so strong for you. You can also add your favourite
The best part of this recipe is that you can do the preparation in advance and can serve them in 10 mins or so. Also, I have used my homemade multigrain soft tacos ( whole wheat, chickpea flour and millet flour) but I recommend serving them with the tacos shells of your choice. I have served this recipe with my tri-colour salad but you can use micro-greens, lettuce or any leafy salad for that extra crunch.
