Avocado Spinach Banana Green Tea Smoothie

Upgrade your green smoothies to next level with this power packed avocado spinach banana smoothie recipe. I generally use either filtered water or nut milk as a base in green smoothies but here I am using green tea as a base; to get the amazing health benefits of green tea.

Why am I selecting green tea as a base? The answer is simple that various scientific researches have shown that green tea is amazingly good for vitality and longevity. It’s jam packed with antioxidants and prevents numerous type of tumors, cancers and is really good for the heart. Also, it improves metabolism and certainly helpful for people trying to get rid of extra fat. Green tea, banana, and spinach are also good for bone health.

If you don’t like green tea than you can replace green tea with matcha green tea powder or you can try with Kirkland signature green tea (combination of green tea with matcha). I generally use Kirkland green tea for my ice teas rather than regular black tea but I think it’s going to work for smoothies too.
